10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Speech, comedy, short film and other presentations (20 minutes each)
1 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Lunch break, opportunity to explore the booths and artwork, and socialize
2 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Speech, comedy, short film and other presentations (20 minutes each)
5 p.m. – Guests escorted to hotel to relax
6:30 p.m. – Guests picked up for dinner/cocktails
8:00 p.m. – Concert featuring upcoming acts and one headliner; guests have option to attend or relax
10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Speaker presentations (20 minutes each), followed by discussions and debates
1 p.m. – 2 p.m. – Lunch break, opportunity to explore the booths and socialize
2 p.m. – 5 p.m. – Speaker presentations (20 minutes each)

4 p.m. – Main stage performances begin
7 p.m. – 11 p.m. – Main stage headliners
11 p.m. – 2 a.m. – DJs take charge; festival closes with dancing and celebrations
Stage 1 (Simba) – main stage with international artists and leading African artists
Stage 2 (African Village) – local music, traditional sounds and instrumentals
Stage 3 (Urban Jungle) – urban music, emerging hip-pop acts
Stage 4 (Spots & Stripes) – poetry, freestyle, standup, theater, young talent, dance & acrobatics
Stage 5 (Hippo Hangout) – battle of the DJs – DJs spinning quality music for guests to dance or relax
